Orme Square, located in Bayswater’s conservation area, is an end-terrace Early Victorian dwelling house consisting of four storeys and a basement. The property is set within the Bayswater Conservation Area and is grade II Listed (added to the Listed Building register on the 01st May 1986, ref: 1266261).

Orme Square is a private square named after the British engineer, painter, publisher of illustrated books and property developer ‘Edward Orme 1775-1848’. Managed by the Orme Square Residents association, the square houses a number of listed buildings which includes number 1, 2, 3, 10 and 11 Orme Square.

Urbanauts has been appointed to undertake the complete refurbishment and renovation works, to include new conservatory, basement and sub-basement extensions.
