Designs, plans & construction drawings

We draw upon our experienced team of in-house architectural experts in Sustainability, Research, DfMA and BIM, to plan and deliver the designs, plans and drawings for your project.

Contractor negotiation

Our team will negotiate with contractors to forge the best way ahead for your project. Our experience means that we can achieve this with very little hassle.

Property Surveys

Our team will attend your property and take a full set of measurements and photographs. These initial site surveys feed into our designs and also give us a chance to speak to clients about their vision for the project.

Planning Permission Applications

Once we have agreed on the design, we will prepare drawings for submission to the appropriate planning authority. The length of time can vary, but our detailed approach ensures the  planning approval phase goes smoothly.

Rules & Regulations Advice

Once we have secured all the necessary planning permissions, we start drawing up building regulations drawings. This serves as a full set of instructions in both written and visual form as to how we expect your project to be built. These documents include a range of plans, specifications and clearances.

We can also undertake Listed Building & Conservation Area Consent and Estate Management Licensing if necessary.

Construction Work Checks

We diligently check all construction projects to ensure the work is of the highest quality. Our project managers and architects liaise with the construction team to keep the project running smoothly.

Sustainable Construction

We believe that sustainability should be at the core of everything we do especially with the RIBA Plan of Work’s focus on sustainability.

Our in-house sustainability consultancy means that you do not need to pay for additional consultancy fees. We can ensure that your project is environmentally friendly, energy efficient and complies with the Code for Sustainable Homes.
