The building forms part of a mid-eighteenth century development of town houses close to Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park, London After WW2 the building was remodelled for office use behind the street facing façade.

Comprising 5 storeys plus basement and mansard levels, we obtained planning permission for residential change of use and oversaw the completion and conversion of 12 individual apartment units in late 2014.
