Hill Street was developed in the 1740’s in London. The property was built as a seven storey Terrace House and was converted to cater for five apartments. However, our client changed the use of the building back to its original state, as a private dwelling house.
Works included complete renovation and refurbishment throughout, alterations to theĀ roof for a new skylight, lift and terrace. General infill to an existing light-well within the lower ground floor, as well as raising the first floor terrace to be the same level as the internal finishing floor level of the first floor and raising the wall to the terrace. A sub-basement extension catering for a swimming pool, gym and spa facilities as well as a large study/library area. Several rear extensions overlooking a Moroccan garden terrace.
