Located within a remote part of the Seychelles Islands, Urbanauts was commissioned to design three luxurious Villas overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Our tasks involved applying for planning permission, producing the construction packages for tender. Gibbs Seychelles Ltd was the agent working on our behalf within the Seychelles. Together we have so far overseen the demolition of the previous building on site and site clearance. This project is now due to be completed within 2020.
