Rue De Rivoli

We designed and managed the renovation and refurbishment of this 4 bedroom apartment, opposite Tuileries Gardens in central Paris. A seven storey building designed by Percier et Fontaine in 1802, the apartment’s Salon overlooks the main monuments of the French capital.

Acting as Principal designer and contract administrator, Urbanauts produced the necessary documents required to obtain management license as well as the construction documents needed to construct the new layouts of this apartment.
